Delete your TES Chat account
TES Chat is published by Turon Ecosystem. You can delete your account and its data from inside the app at any time. There is no form to fill in and nothing to wait for.
How to delete your account
- Open TES Chat and go to the Settings tab.
- Tap Privacy and Security.
- Tap Delete My Account.
- Confirm. The app asks for a verification code sent to your phone number, the same way signing in does — this is to make sure the request is really yours.
Deletion happens immediately once the code is accepted. It is irreversible: there is no grace period and no way to restore the account afterwards.
If you cannot open the app
If you have lost access to your device or can no longer sign in, email kamuranbek1998@gmail.com from any address and tell us the phone number registered to the account. We will verify ownership of that number before deleting anything.
What is deleted
Deleting your account removes, permanently:
- your phone number and username, both of which are released and become available again
- your display name and profile photo
- your presence and last-seen information
- your contacts
- your saved messages
- your active sessions and push notification tokens
What is kept, and why
- Messages you already sent stay in the chats you sent them to, attributed to “Deleted Account”. Removing them would erase one half of conversations that also belong to other people, who did not ask for their history to change.
- Groups you owned pass to their longest-standing member rather than being destroyed, so the other members keep the group.
Nothing in either category identifies you by phone number, username, name or photo after deletion — those are gone.
Retention period
The data listed under What is deleted is removed at the moment the request is confirmed — not queued for later erasure, and not held for a review window. Our servers are backed up, so a copy can survive in a backup for a short time afterwards before that backup is rotated out. Backups exist to recover from failure; they are never used to restore a deleted account.
Deleting automatically
You can also set the account to delete itself after a period of inactivity you choose, under Settings → Privacy and Security → Automatically delete my account. It deletes exactly the same data, on the same terms.
