TES Chat Terms of Use

Version 1 · Effective 29 September 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Turon Ecosystem (“we”), which operates the TES Chat messaging service (“the app”). By creating an account or signing in, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

TES Chat has no tolerance for objectionable content or for abusive users. Objectionable content is removed, and the accounts responsible for it are banned from the service. This applies to every message, photo, video, file, voice message, sticker, profile, username, group, channel and bot on TES Chat.

Who may use TES Chat

  • You must be at least 13 years old.
  • You sign in with a phone number you control, and you are responsible for what happens on your account. Keep your devices secure; the app lock in Privacy and Security helps.
  • Do not create an account to get around a ban from the service or someone else’s block.

What you may not post

  • Harassment, bullying, threats or intimidation of any person.
  • Hate speech: content that attacks or demeans people because of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender, sexual orientation or a similar characteristic.
  • Any sexual content involving minors. We remove it and may report it to the authorities.
  • Sexually explicit content, and any intimate image shared without the consent of the person shown.
  • Graphic violence, or content that promotes terrorism, self-harm or suicide.
  • Offers or promotion of illegal goods or services, such as drugs, weapons or stolen data.
  • Spam, scams, fraud and phishing.
  • Impersonating another person or organisation.
  • Malware, or links meant to damage devices or take over accounts.
  • Content that infringes someone else’s rights, including copyright, trademarks and privacy — for example, publishing another person’s private information without their consent.

What you may not do

  • Abuse, threaten or harass other users — in private chats, groups or channels.
  • Contact someone through a new account after they have blocked you.
  • Send unsolicited bulk messages, or add people to groups or channels to advertise to them.
  • Use bots, scripts or automation to abuse users or the service, or to collect other users’ data.
  • Try to break or overload the service, or to get into another person’s account.

How we enforce these Terms

When content breaks these Terms, we remove it and ban the account responsible from the service. We may also remove a group, channel or bot that exists to break these Terms. We act on reports from users and on what we learn otherwise. We review every report and act on it within 24 hours.

Messages on TES Chat are not end-to-end encrypted, so we can review content that is reported to us. The Privacy Policy explains what we store.

How to report

  • A message: press and hold it, then tap “Report”. Choose a reason, add details if you want, and tap “Submit report”.
  • A person, bot, group or channel: open the chat, tap its name at the top to open its info page, then tap “More” → “Report”.
  • The person you report is not told who reported them.

How to block

  • Open your chat with the person, tap their name at the top, then tap “More” → “Block User”.
  • Or go to Settings → Privacy and Security → Blocked Users → “Block User…”.
  • A blocked person can no longer see your phone number, last-seen time or profile photo. You can unblock them from the same places at any time.

Your content

You keep the rights to what you send. You allow us to store, transmit and display it only as far as running the service needs — delivering it to the people you send it to and syncing it to your own devices. You are responsible for what you send, and you must have the right to send it.

Leaving TES Chat

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time — see Delete your account. We may ban an account from the service as described above.

The service

We work to keep TES Chat running, but we provide it “as is” and cannot promise it will always be available. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for content that other users post.

Changes to these Terms

We post every change on this page with a new version and date. If you keep using TES Chat after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
